Job Type: Full-time.

To perform a wide range of manufacturing operations including manual electronic assembly, solder wave operation, through hole assembly, hand soldering, touch up, inspection with no less than 1 ½ years prior experience.

Essential Role Responsibilities (with or without accommodation):

Perform manual electronic assembly activities to assemble, rework or reassemble units, building to specification (blueprints, schematics, process sheets, etc.).
Do solder touchup as needed.
Follow safety rules and maintain assigned tools and work area in good order.
Assist with physical inventory.
Pick and pack inventory.
Willingness to attend classes or in-house seminars to improve skills and growth.

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 1 ½ years' electronic assembly experience with soldering, manual assembly and machine operation.
Ability to work independently, exercising personal judgment.
Basic English language reading, writing and speaking ability.
Willingness to attend classes or in-house seminars to improve skills.
Due to the nature of electronics work and its complexity, proven fine motor skills are needed.
Ability to use two hands.
